What is Women UNlimited?
Women UNlimited is a collective of Canadian women leaders in philanthropy, who invest in UNICEF’s life-changing work for children. Its goal is to help foster local, community-driven solutions supported by UNICEF and partners that uplift the lives and futures of women and children around the world.
Over the past decade, UNICEF Canada’s women-led giving collectives — The 25th Team and Women UNlimited — have directly impacted the lives of over 2.3 million children and families through funding grants of $12 million.

How it works
Each year, Women UNlimited members meet to collectively determine the direction of their combined funds for the upcoming year from a range of priority funding opportunities in critical need of support that directly benefit women, children, and families around the world.
Members convene annually to learn about the impact of funds granted in the previous year for the specific program area. Women UNlimited also offers opportunities to learn, engage and network with fellow members and UNICEF leaders throughout the year.
Help create positive change that will be felt for generations to come.
As a member of Women UNlimited, your funding will create sustainable, scalable and innovative impact, including:
- Initiatives focused on breaking down barriers to education;
- Strengthening health systems;
- Preventing gender-based violence and child marriage;
- Improving menstrual hygiene management through the provision of water, sanitation and hygiene facilities.
