As you may know, starting November 15, 2024, Canada Post services are disrupted across the country. You can still give a gift and make an immediate impact by:
- Donating online, which also means you’ll instantly receive your tax receipt by email
- Completing your Survival Gifts order online
- Phoning us at 1 800 567 4483, any time of day
- Visiting our Toronto office if you are nearby
If the service disruption affects multiple business days, it may take longer for:
- Our donor team to send you a mailed tax receipt;
- You to send a donation or Survival Gifts order through the mail;
- Your Survival Gifts card to be sent to yourself or a loved one;
- Your next Paddington's Postcards package to arrive.
With the most crucial fundraising season upon us, we want you to know that you can still make a difference for children today.
