The Committee on the Rights of the Child publishes its interpretation of particular rights in the Convention on the Rights of the Child in the form of General Comments. General Comments are valuable contributions to the application of children’s rights in domestic law, policy and practice, by governments, courts and other institutions. They analyze and explain particular obligations and provide guidance on good implementation measures.
